Job summary

Immersum is partnering with a rapidly growing Fintech in FX and payments, seeking a hands-on Salesforce Engineer to join an autonomous team in London. The role focuses on building Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP integrations, Apex, and data modelling, taking ownership from design through to production.

You'll work with engineers and business stakeholders in a fast-paced regulated environment, balancing speed with quality, security and auditability, while shaping the evolving Salesforce

Qualifications

• Strong Lightning Web Components experience with lifecycle hooks and reactive properties.
• Proven Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP and data mapping.
• Solid Apex development including governor limits and unit testing.
• Experience taking features from design through production.
• Strong design skills for scalable, maintainable codebase.
• Practical Salesforce Flow experience and judicious use of Flow vs Apex.
• Experience with Git, PRs and Salesforce deployments using SFDX.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes.
• Curiosity to understand underlying problems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions in a greenfield environment.
• Build Lightning Web Components and API integrations.
• Own features from refinement to testing, deployment and production.
• Contribute to code reviews and testing standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Ensure security, auditability, and data handling in a regulated environment.
