Roc Search is seeking a Product Manager for a London-based, hybrid role focused on Physical AI and Predictive Maintenance. Lead a brand-new product from concept to deployment, coordinating with engineers, data scientists and design partners.

You will shape AI workflows, integrations with third-party systems, and oversee agile R&D. Familiarity with OT environments and industrial protocols is valued; 2 days/week in London EC1.

Qualifications

• PM/PO with track record launching new software products from concept to deployment.
• Experience with AI/ML in physical-world or IoT contexts.

Responsibilities

• Own the 0-to-1 journey, moving from early prototypes to a market-ready solution with design partners.
• Define AI workflows to diagnose, prognose and trigger prescriptive actions; ensure explanations are clear to operators.
