Job summary
Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer / HVAC Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and residential sites throughout London.
You will diagnose faults, service and maintain a range of AC/HVAC systems, work independently across multiple sites, and contribute to a high standard of service. Company van is provided with overtime opportunities and progression.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in air conditioning and HVAC maintenance.
- Solid fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
- Capable of working independently across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive AC and HVAC maintenance.
- Service and maintain air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
- Complete routine inspections and PPM tasks.
- Attend reactive callouts and breakdowns.
- Complete job reports and compliance documentation.
- Ensure works are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Liaise with clients and site teams professionally.
