SIMIAN is seeking a Business Growth Lead in London to drive employer engagement and recruitment activity across scaffolding and roofing sectors. You will build enduring relationships with employers, understand their workforce needs, and convert opportunities into training starts, NVQs and commercial training bookings.

• Experience in business development, employer engagement, sales or account management.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities.
• Experience with CRM and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage and secure new scaffolding and roofing employers across London.
• Develop long-term relationships with employers, understanding workforce needs.
• Plan employer visits, events and briefings.
• Promote participation in Skills Bootcamp and NVQ provision.
• Generate learner referrals for apprenticeships and commercial training.
• Maintain CRM records and provide bi-weekly pipeline reports.
