Job summary

Voi Technology in London is seeking a Fleet Specialist Team Lead to manage a team of Fleet Specialists and oversee warehouse and field operations, including battery swaps and vehicle movement.

You will split time between people management—hiring, training and performance reviews—and hands-on tasks in the warehouse or on-site, ensuring safety and compliance while delivering high-quality service for our cities and riders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous work experience
• Experience managing a team
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Team management: conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, coaching, and training of Fleet Specialists
• Inventory management: oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal usage
• Health & Safety: ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, onboarding paperwork, and training compliance
• Incident management: record, follow up, and investigate incidents, adhering to workplace accident policies
• Contractor management: support repairs and maintenance in the warehouse as needed
• 3PL coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure procedures are followed
• Van management: support operational aspects of vans, including installation/removal of tracking devices (not budgeting)
