adidas is seeking a proactive Consumer Experience Associate for the London Flagship to deliver an exceptional, brand-aligned customer journey. You will be the first contact for shoppers, embody the Brand Attitude and Values, and help drive engagement, loyalty and conversion through tailored service at every touchpoint.

Based in the London Flagship, you will support multiple zones including Football, Running, Concierge, and Maker Lab, collaborating with Experts and VM teams to maintain top store

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years' experience in sports/fashion retail or consumer-focused environment.
• Experience in managing high level retail image and delivering in-store experience.

Responsabilités

• Exhibit consumer service behaviours at all times.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, upholding Brand Attitude and Values.
• Foster loyalty through high-quality interactions at each touchpoint.
• Provide a great brand experience to adidas Flagship customers to drive satisfaction, engagement and conversion.
• Support designated consumer touchpoints (Football, Running, Concierge, Test & Create Zone, Lounge Areas, Digital Takeover, Maker Lab).
• Assist in seamless execution of in-store activations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Collaborate with specialists and senior managers to ensure unique Flagship experiences.
• Complete training programs and comply with procedures.
• Provide feedback on trading patterns to inform KPIs.
• Drive a service culture focused on consumers and continuously suggest operational improvements.
