The role involves daytime, evening, and weekend work, reporting to the Senior Events Manager, with a strong network of events professionals and a focus on content capture and editing.

A proactive candidate will oversee event programming, coordinate with marketing and tenants, and manage budgets and ROI.

Qualifications

• Must have a firm understanding of the events and social media marketing landscape.

• Event calendar planning and programming.
• Sourcing new events and productions.
• Overseeing ticket sales and announcements.
• Liaising with promoters and clients.
• Technical setups and maintenance.
• Atmosphere management.
• Coordination with operation, design and marketing teams.
• Budget management, P&L creation and reporting.
• Campaign management and ROI/P&L delivery.
• Weekly reporting and target reviews.
• Collaboration with Marketing and Graphics teams.
