You will draft, review and negotiate derivatives documentation, advise on securitisation and structured DCM, and provide regulatory support to clients.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of PQE in derivatives/structured finance.
• Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiating derivatives documentation.
• Interest in securitisation and DCM.
