Job summary

Legend is seeking an Associate Legal Counsel to join our London-based Legal team with a focus on Data Privacy. You will lead day-to-day privacy matters, shape privacy frameworks, advise on data transfers, and collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, Commercial and People teams to embed privacy into initiatives.

This role offers early ownership and exposure to international data flows, within a fast-growing global business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with ~1–3 PQE in-house or commercial practice.
• Strong Data Privacy knowledge incl. ROPA and international transfers.
• Interest in building Data Privacy as a specialty.
• Commercial judgment and ability to explain complex issues to non-lawyers.
• Proactive, ownership-minded with research skills.
• Experience in tech, SaaS, gaming or data-rich intl business advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Data Privacy matters across Legend's international business.
• Develop and embed privacy frameworks and data transfer arrangements.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Commercial and People teams.
• Advise on new initiatives with practical privacy guidance.
• Support broader legal workstreams including employment and commercial agreements.
