Job summary

Falcon Green is seeking an experienced EHS Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental compliance across London data centre projects. You will manage EHS standards on site, conduct audits and risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement with clients, subcontractors and project teams to ensure strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent, proven construction or data centre EHS experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification required.
• Experience in construction or data centre EHS roles.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive risk management with strong attention to detail.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel to site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain EHS policies across London data centre projects.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Promote a positive safety culture among project teams and subcontractors.
• Deliver safety briefings, toolbox talks and training.
• Investigate incidents and near misses with root-cause analysis.
• Maintain EHS documentation and reports.
• Monitor environmental performance including waste and emissions.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on EHS expectations.
