Job summary

3D Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a UK construction client for a Contracts Manager to oversee ongoing projects across Ireland and the UK. The role requires management of procurement, commercial governance, risk and client relationships, with travel to London two nights per week.

You will coordinate site teams, develop schedules, monitor costs and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget. Accommodation and flights are provided for Ireland-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction contracts and units on multi-site schemes.
• Proven ability to drive projects profitably, safely and on time.
• Strong procurement, cost control and reporting discipline.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Track record of maintaining robust client relationships and commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects with detailed programmes for site delivery.
• Procure and reconcile materials in line with company procedures.
• Ensure site teams comply with commercial policies.
• Attend tender handover meetings and pre-starts with the site team.
• Maintain commercial plans and end-of-life forecasts monthly.
• Produce progress reports, costs and forecast analyses.
• Engage subcontractors commercially and manage risk controls.
• Review CVRs monthly with project teams and take corrective actions.
• Complete contract initiation/completion documentation for each project.
• Lead weekly reviews of progress, budget, resources and forward planning.
