Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Director with Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.
• Experience managing large schemes (£100m - £500m) from inception to completion.
• Excellent technical knowledge of construction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with client teams and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain construction programmes reflecting project constraints.
• Lead on Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance.
