Qualifications

• 2–5 years' PQE at a leading UK, US or international law firm.
• Experience advising on competition and antitrust matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex competition issues.

Responsibilities

• Advise major corporates on competition matters including mergers and investigations.
• Handle cross-border mandates with partners and teams.
• Contribute to regulatory matters and competition litigation support.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and client needs.
