Job summary

An exciting opportunity to join the Competition/Antitrust practice of a leading international law firm in London. You will advise major corporates and financial institutions on a broad range of competition matters.

You'll gain exposure to merger control, antitrust investigations, competition litigation and regulatory matters, working closely with partners on sophisticated domestic and cross-border mandates.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience at a top UK/US/international firm.
• Experience advising on competition/antitrust matters including mergers.
• Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to give practical advice on complex issues.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical ability with excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset and the ability to provide clear, practical advice on complex competition issues.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams and build strong relationships with clients.
