We seek candidates with 3+ years in commodities options, with strong Python and statistics skills, and a proven track record in fast-paced environments. A STEM degree and product experience are a plus, along with clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Commodities Options markets highly preferred.
• BS, MS, or PhD, preferably in STEM.
• Quantitative and strategic mindset with a healthy appetite for risk.
• Strong technical skills in Statistics and Python.
• Proven ability to act and make decisions in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Analytical mindset with focus on learning from past trades.
• Experience with managing risk and developing market-making strategies.
• Product experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue by identifying and monetizing mispricings and managing positions.
• Take ownership early to drive strategy forward.
• Manage risk and develop market making strategies.
• Collaborate across traders, quants, and developers with data-driven analysis and modelling.
• Contribute to a fast-paced, innovation-focused desk and scale responsibilities as the team grows.
