Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff - Mandarin Speaking to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring exceptional service throughout their dining experience. This position requires individuals who are passionate about hospitality and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist with seating arrangements effectively.
• Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Refill the ingredients display shelves and complimentary sauce station throughout the day.
• Process the takeaway/delivery orders efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support catering events as required, assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
