Job Description:

Agency services

Aether Financial Services operates in private debt and capital markets, covering all agency roles: loan agent, bond agent, administrative agent, calculation agent, paying agent, security agent, etc.

Valuation and calculation

Provides independent valuations of all types of financial instruments and securities, from vanilla to highly structured products for recurring, specific, or one-off needs.

Corporate and Issuer Services

Offers evolving value-added services managing financial transactions based on proprietary digital solutions “VOX AEQUITAS” (capital increase/subscription, general meeting, registrar, record keeping, management packages, etc.).

Job Responsibilities:

Support development by defining strategies and commercial messaging for Aether FS's private debt agency services.
Develop communication and marketing supports to promote offerings and propose market evolutions to strengthen positioning.
Coordinate and implement development actions through supports like blogs, articles, webinars, and events, targeting UK and European markets.
Leverage existing contacts and seek new targets in the UK and Continental Europe to grow the activity.
Collaborate with other Business Unit Directors to maximize synergies and share information.
Report regularly on progress and activities to the General Management, focusing on customer follow-up and proposals.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting UK and European activities.

Your Profile:

8-10+ years experience in Agency Private Debt Business Development, with UK and some international exposure.
Strong operational knowledge of UK Private Debt markets (technical, regulatory, legal).
Motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, eager to grow.
Willing to take operational control of development activities.
Proficient in Office 360.
Fluent in English; additional European language skills (German, Dutch, Spanish) are a plus.
Good interpersonal skills, team-oriented, autonomous, customer-focused.
