Job summary

Sompo is seeking a Delegated Authority Bordereau Analyst to join its DA and Conduct/Operations team in London. The role focuses on tracking and processing bordereaux, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and supporting data reporting for governance and Lloyd's compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operational, reporting, or support roles within the London Insurance Market, with experience using BDX or Vipr systems and progression toward ACII.

Qualifications

• Experience in the London Insurance Market with bordereau processing.
• Understanding of Lloyd's delegated bordereau standards.
• Proven ability to liaise with Coverholders, Brokers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and processing of bordereaux within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
• Review data issues and bd x receipt, escalate to DA Partners as needed.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve bordereau queries.
• Support monthly bordereau data and MI delivery for forums.
• Contribute to reporting improvements via Power BI and other outputs.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory return compliance.
