Job summary

Sompo International is seeking a Delegated Authority Bordereau Analyst to support the DA & Conduct / Operations team in London. The role focuses on processing bordereaux, data accuracy, and governance in line with Lloyd’s standards.

You will liaise with coverholders, brokers, and internal teams to resolve data issues, deliver monthly bordereau reporting, and assist with data improvements across the business. A background in the London Insurance Market is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an operational, reporting or support role within the London Market.
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s delegated bordereau standards and bordereau data processing.
• ACII progression preferred or willingness to study while in role.
• Experience using BDX or Vipr bordereau systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management and processing of bordereaux within agreed timeframes and SLAs.
• Review data and BDx receipt issues; escalate to DA Business Partners as needed.
• Liaise with Coverholders, Brokers, and internal stakeholders to resolve bordereau queries.
• Support monthly bordereau data and management information delivery for regular forums.
• Contribute to reporting improvements including Power BI outputs.
