Due to growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant focused on the Blue Collar sector.

  • You will develop a desk within the blue-collar construction sector, working with existing clients and candidates.
  • Business development and relationship building will be crucial.
  • You will regularly visit sites to understand client needs and strengthen relationships.
  • Client hospitality, nights out, golf days, etc., will be enjoyable aspects of the role.
  • Minimum 18 months recruitment experience, preferably in construction recruitment.
  • Proven track record and billing success.
  • Strong communication skills and natural ability to develop clients.
