Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Life Sciences R&D Strategy Consultant in London to help lead strategic initiatives across R&D topics, from research through regulatory and digital transformation. You will work with global clients on high-impact projects, shaping operating models and leveraging data and AI to accelerate development timelines.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and translate complex insights into actionable recommendations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record; an advanced degree is a plus but not essential.
• Strong knowledge in R&D strategy and operating models, regulatory, safety or pharmacovigilance; data, analytics and AI in R&D.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Work on focused project teams across Life Sciences R&D topics such as research, clinical development and regulatory.
• Lead workstreams to assess client R&D strategies, operating models, processes and technology landscapes.
• Gather, synthesize and analyze data from diverse sources to draw insights and develop strategic recommendations across R&D productivity and portfolio priorities.
• Structure and communicate outcomes to client management to aid evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement recommendations and deliver measurable value.
