Job summary

AXA XL in London is seeking a Senior Analyst, Pricing to collaborate with Casualty Actuaries and influence pricing decisions. You will support strategic initiatives to improve loss ratio and partner with pricing data teams to enhance data quality.

This role reports to Head of Pricing, International Casualty, within AXA XL, a division focused on property, casualty and specialty risk. Ideal candidates bring actuarial knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematics, science, or economics.
• Actuarial experience or knowledge from degree modules or work.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Enthusiasm to influence pricing charged to insureds.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Casualty Actuaries to influence pricing decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives to improve the loss ratio.
• Work with Pricing Data team in Wrocław on data quality for pricing analysis.
• Regular reports on rate changes and profitability.
• Contribute to rating models and AXA XL projects.
