Job summary

Cobalt is seeking an Operations Manager/Associate to support a growing luxury residential property portfolio and wider business operations in London, with occasional travel to Greece. The role emphasises high-end service, meticulous facilities management, and strong vendor relationships.

You will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate maintenance schedules, and collaborate with property managers, agents, and contractors to maintain premium standards for residents and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a family office or Super Prime property environment.
• Working knowledge of facilities and property management across residential and commercial assets.
• Experience managing third-party contractors, contracts, schedules of work, quotes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day facilities operations across residential and commercial properties.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections and preventative maintenance with contractors.
• Respond to resident/tenant requests with high service standards.
