A Paralegal in the London office provides support on complex international arbitration matters and cross-border litigation, maintaining case files, preparing submissions, and coordinating with vendors and local counsel.

The role involves cite-checking, preparation of hearing materials, and assisting at hearings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and approximately five years of litigation/arbitration experience in a mid-to-large law firm or similar environment.
• Substantive familiarity with arbitration process and international disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with clients, lawyers, staff and vendors.
• Strong MS Office skills and experience with document-management and AI-assisted platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, drafting, cite-checking and finalisation of international arbitration filings and hearing bundles.
• Organise and maintain case documents, exhibits, and databases; manage translation coordination.
• Conduct factual and legal research and prepare chronologies and witness materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, local counsel, experts and co-counsel; assist at hearings in London or elsewhere.
• Support post-hearing tasks, transcripts, and final hearing records; supervise assistants as needed.
