Job summary

Retail Insights is seeking an Email Campaign Associate to own our content and drive email marketing, social media growth, and visual design from our London HQ. You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment with real responsibility and tangible impact.

You’ll collaborate with a high performing team, including the CEO, with ample opportunities for growth and internal promotion. Travel to overseas conferences is possible as we expand.

Qualifications

• UK work permit is required.
• Bachelor's or master's degree, or current enrolment in a university qualification.

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters and promos.
• Grow and manage LinkedIn; test formats and extend to YouTube and Twitter.
• Graphic design for marketing channels and brand identity.
• Website design, SEO and UX improvements for new formats.
• Analytics: measure performance and hit KPIs across channels.
• Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
• Collaborate with other departments to share content and report progress.
