Job summary

Retail Insights in London is seeking an Email Marketing Associate to own content across newsletters, product updates, and promotions. You will work onsite at our Buckingham Gate offices, collaborating with a high-performing team and the CEO to drive engagement and growth.

The role covers copywriting, graphics, social media growth, SEO basics, and analytics to improve KPIs. We welcome candidates at different levels; UK work permit and a degree are required, with training provided.

Responsibilities

Email marketing: copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions.
Social media growth management: grow LinkedIn and test content formats; leverage content on YouTube and launch Twitter.
Graphic design: maintain visual identity across marketing channels; develop assets as needed.
Website: design, SEO activities, UX optimisation; collaborate on new formats reflecting brand identity.
Analytics: measure and improve performance metrics across channels; target KPIs.
Paid advertising and PPC campaign management.
Synergy: collaborate with other departments to identify shareable content and track brand progress.
