• Experience in Property Facultative Reinsurance broking or underwriting (Caribbean experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, accurate placement documentation and presentations, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support growth plans for Caribbean Property Facultative Reinsurance and identify development opportunities.
• Coordinate internal preparation ahead of renewal and client strategy meetings, gathering key information and contributing to materials.
• Support facultative placement activity by managing submissions, market engagement, and documentation, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Review exposures and loss experience, analyse risk information, and support placement/broking plans aligned to client needs.
• Help evaluate quotes and prepare clear summaries and recommendations for brokers, clients, and carrier partners.
