Job summary

Vontobel is seeking a Marketing Manager to shape the future of marketing across the UK, Netherlands and Nordics from its London base. You will partner with sales to translate priorities into high-impact campaigns, client experiences and measurable growth.

In this hands-on role you will drive commercial strategy, digital marketing execution, and performance analysis to maximize marketing's impact on growth and pipeline within institutional, wholesale, and intermediary segments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial services, asset management or wealth management.
• Proven ability to link marketing investment to pipeline growth and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end client journeys across priority segments.
• Design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns to generate engagement and pipeline.
• Identify conversion opportunities and remove friction across the marketing funnel.
• Drive adoption of digital engagement programs and scalable growth initiatives.
