Job description

The London AI Hub – a joint initiative from Tech Nation, Merantix, and London AI Founders – is a home for the UK’s AI ecosystem, connecting and driving AI advancement in the UK and beyond, fuelling collaborative innovation, furthering investment, shaping policy, developing talent, and building public trust in AI. Through a permanent, neutral space in Farringdon, the AI Hub houses AI-native teams of all sizes as residents, consolidates the entire ecosystem within its pan-stakeholder community, and establishes a physical peer-to-peer network through an on-site events calendar.

Your role:

We're on the lookout for a driven, entrepreneurial individual to help build London's leading AI community. As a Marketing & Operations Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a forward-thinking, AI-first organisation – driving momentum, cultivating excellence, and building purpose at the intersection of technology, society, and community.

Drive content & storytelling: Create engaging content that strengthens our brand and relevance in the community.

Power events: Support end-to-end event execution and craft compelling pre- and post-event materials.

Optimise & analyse: Track performance, define success metrics, and iterate on our content with a data-driven mindset and your own ideas.

Run operations: Keep our operations systems humming - from member support to space coordination and supplier management.

Build community: Be the go-to contact for our members and partners, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience.

Improve & evolve: Spot opportunities to streamline workflows and elevate how we operate and collaborate.

Your profile:

We are looking for extraordinarily driven and capable talent with an outstanding track record. You (are):

  • Have completed a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Have hosted events and are passionate about tech communities;
  • Have experience with common design & productivity tools such as Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Hubspot;
  • Passionate about creating meaningful impact and contributing to the AI revolution and excited about the opportunity to build something and work closely with the leading AI startups, policy and investors;
  • Driven by entrepreneurship and possess a growth mindset;
  • Excel at multitasking, prioritising, and proactively finding creative solutions to drive results;
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with an in-depth attention to detail;
  • Based in London, and able to be in the Hub four or five days a week.

What you can expect

In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a culture that celebrates entrepreneurial thinking, emphasises individual ownership, fosters teamwork, and prioritises action. We are builders focused on tangible results that lead to impactful solutions, and outcomes that exceed the ordinary.

  • Medicash for minor medical reimbursements
  • Private medical insurance
  • Access to Perkbox, employee perks platform
