Job DescriptionIn an exclusive partnership, we are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join a Local Authority based in the Glasgow Region, in a temporary to permanent contract. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain valuable experience and develop their careers within a supportive and dynamic environment - with the opportunity for a permanent role to be offered within initial contract duration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets
  • Conduct site visits and assessments
  • Support in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
  • Monitor project progress and prepare reports
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
