Job Description

Safran Helicopter Engines is the world's leading manufacturer of rotorcraft turbines. Our UK facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, providing maintenance and repairs on helicopter engine components. We partner with a global customer base, offering technical expertise and support in both fixed wing and rotary wing markets.

Role Overview: Support the physical & electronic flow of spares, components, and engines to maintenance and manufacturing centers.

  1. Manage daily & weekly work plans using ERP system.
  2. Maintain stock management accuracy via ERP.
  3. Assist with physical picking, kitting, and material movement.
  4. Manage SLED controlled materials in ERP.
  5. Perform cycle counts and physical stock checks.
  6. Support 5S projects and build relationships with internal customers.
  7. Adhere to Quality & HSE policies.
  8. Handle deliveries, goods receipt, storage, and movements.
  9. Cut raw materials and manage kitting and issuing processes.
  10. Maintain stock levels, pack/unpack engines, and support continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
  • English and Maths GCSE grade 9-4 (A*-C).
  • Organized, responsive, and methodical with document management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
  • Solution-focused with problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and SAP.
  • Experience in a busy warehouse, stores, or logistics environment.
