Job summary

Mantra Learning is seeking a Multi Skilled Tutor to join our Middleton team. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with occasional after-hours delivery to support our employability programmes.

You will deliver pathway qualifications, develop learning plans, and monitor learner progress to ensure achievement within a supportive learning environment. The ideal candidate will follow awarding body standards, deliver both in-person and online sessions, and promote safeguarding, British values and health

Qualifications

• Must have Functional Skills Level 2 or equivalent.
• Proven ICT and Microsoft Teams experience for online delivery.
• Teaching qualifications and assessor awards are desirable and support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Teach pathway programme qualifications and create learning plans.
• Track learner progress and provide learner support (face-to-face or virtual).
• Ensure compliance with awarding body standards and ESFA/Ofsted requirements.
• Induct learners and provide information, advice and guidance.
• Develop employability programmes with the department and promote safeguarding.
