Serco Limited in the UK is seeking a Supervisor Technical & Logistics Support to provide vital technical support for deployable spares, uninstalled assets and engineering data in a regulated aviation environment.

The role concentrates on maintaining aircraft components to the highest standards, ensuring operational readiness and safety, while supporting multiple bases and a diverse stakeholder group. Full-time with flexibility to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Anti Deterioration Maintenance for deployable spares packs and uninstalled aviation assets.
• Support the management, conditioning and packaging of assets, including view and verify processes.
• Assist with tracking and resolving high value or missing assets within engineering stores.
• Maintain compliance with customer, regulatory and safety standards at all times.
• Report quality issues and support continuous improvement and assurance activities.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and stakeholders to support operational delivery.

As a Technical & Logistics Support in our Aircraft Engineering Support and Airfield Services team, you'll provide vital technical support for the management of deployable spares, uninstalled aviation assets and engineering data in a highly regulated aviation environment.

Your work will help ensure that critical aircraft components are maintained, stored and managed to the highest standards, supporting operational readiness and safety. Every task you complete contributes to keeping essential aviation services running and making a positive impact on the people and communities that rely on them.

What you'll do as Logistics and Technical Support

This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards.
