Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate Logistics Operatives, modelling company values.
• Coordinate daily startup, work allocation, rotation, break coverage and handovers.
• Monitor performance, identify deviations and take corrective actions.
• Promote a safe working environment with required checks and incident follow-up.
• Support attendance, capability, and employee development processes.
• Utilise digital systems to ensure timely records and escalations.
• Collaborate with other logistics areas to maintain service and continuous improvement.
