Who we are looking for:

Logistics Team Leader responsible for Unitstrut and Flexicon pick, pack, and dispatch. Support inventory accuracy, warehouse housekeeping, process improvement, and customer complaints.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise the team to promote best practices and ensure reliable production.
• Lead and set standards, taking full accountability for area performance.
• Develop and implement best practices and new processes for improved performance.
• Achieve departmental and site KPI’s and SDP’s.
• Manage employee attendance, lateness, and conduct return-to-work interviews as per company policies, including disciplinary actions if necessary.
• Represent the area and company in internal meetings and contribute to company development.
• Supervise pick, pack, and dispatch activities.
• Distribute workload according to plan adherence.
• Identify training needs and ensure effective delivery and record-keeping of training activities.
• Follow company escalation procedures.
• Implement lean tools and techniques.
• Support Logistics Team Leaders during absences with daily activities.
• Lead stand-down meetings.
• Report on performance to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Implement processes to reduce customer complaints.
• Promote and adhere to company core values and mission.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, participate in hazard spotting and risk assessments.
• Reach forklift license (FLT) certification is required.

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.
