Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. As Team Leader, you are a key part of the Branch Management Team, managing vehicle delivery and collection.

You are a people person who sets high expectations and nurtures those around you. You will create productive, engaged teams that work together efficiently. With your team of Customer Delivery Agents, you will inspire and take ownership of fleet allocation and utilization to meet customer needs.

Success in this role relies on your customer service expertise, ability to motivate others, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Knowledge of vehicle rental or logistics is useful but not essential; personality and drive are more important.

Our flagship branch near Leeds offers a large, experienced team and a chance for you to bring a fresh approach to the role.
