Qualifications

• Proven experience leading projects in logistics, supply chain, marine, transport, manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects with deadlines, budgets and quality targets.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong planning, scheduling and efficient resource allocation skills.
• Deep knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing, inventory and SCM processes.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and 3PL providers.
• Capable of identifying risks, mitigation actions and resolving issues quickly.
• Good commercial awareness including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience designing, improving operational processes for efficiency and performance.
• Knowledge of health, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
