Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to oversee and support our logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and implementing logistics strategies that align with business goals.
2. Supervise the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of materials and products.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
4. Monitor logistics performance metrics and help identify areas for improvement.
5. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
7. Collaborate with project managers to support project timelines and requirements.
8. Lead and mentor logistics team members to enhance performance and productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
8. Valid CSCS card and Traffic Marshall license are required.
