Overview

The role of the Logistics Supervisor is to supervise all relevant Logistics assistants and support the delivery of Logistics activities across the Trust site; providing an efficient safe and secure goods supply service whilst ensuring agreed service levels are maintained.

The post holder will be a member of the Logistics team and will be required to adopt a flexible attitude and to develop skills to enable them to fulfil the responsibilities set out below.

  • Supervise Logistics assistants and support the delivery of Logistics activities across the Trust site.
  • Provide an efficient, safe and secure goods supply service while maintaining agreed service levels.
  • Develop flexibility and skills to fulfill evolving responsibilities within the Logistics team.
