Logistics Supervisor - Keep Our Projects Moving!

Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP33,000 per year (DOE)

Keep our timber frames on the move. We're looking for a hands-on Logistics Supervisor to oversee all factory dispatch, deliveries, and yard operations. You'll lead a small team, make sure schedules run smoothly, and keep everything safe, efficient, and on time.

What you'll do:

• Manage daily dispatch, loading, and yard operations
• Lead and support a team of yard/transport staff
• Plan delivery schedules and oversee vehicle loading
• Keep health & safety and compliance standards in check
• Work closely with production and site teams to align logistics needs

What we're looking for:

• Experience in logistics, transport, or dispatch (supervisory background preferred)
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Good people skills - able to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of health & safety and vehicle loading rules
• Bonus: Forklift licence or transport management experience
