Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the logistics team in daily operations including goods receipt, bonded stores, inventory control, and dispatch.
- Actively participate in operational tasks to ensure team success and meet deadlines.
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
