Job summary

A leading global coffee and tea company is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join their UK & Ireland Logistics team. In this role, you will support logistics operations by managing relationships with stakeholders, overseeing customs processes, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain or logistics, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a full UK driving license for travel. This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing for flexibility in work location.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply Chain and/or Logistics is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach are vital.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • Experience with ERP / WMS systems is required.
  • Ability to leverage AI and automation tools is needed.
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence for travel.
  • Knowledge of FMCG operations and project management is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support UK & Ireland Logistics Account Managers.
  • Execute inventory control and reconciliation across LSPs.
  • Lead and manage Customs processes, documentation, and compliance.
  • Manage invoices, purchase orders, and financial accuracy.
  • Produce and lead daily/weekly KPI reporting.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
  • Support customer collaboration activities.
  • Manage day-to-day LSP and supplier relationships.
  • Support cost control initiatives and analysis.
