Job Description:

We are really excited to work with a multinational company who have recently opened up in the heart of London and are currently looking to expand their Logistics team with a Logistics Specialist. They currently have sites across Europe and are looking to hit the ground running in their new London branch.

Your main responsibilities as the Logistics Specialist would be:

1. Maintaining communications with the other operation managers and staff members of other international branches to ensure adherence to company protocols.
2. Supporting the Logistics Managers in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities whilst monitoring day-to-day operations.
3. Ensuring that the transportation runs smoothly to the other branches, delivering products such as seeds, plant protection, and heavy equipment such as tractors.
4. Ensuring operations are in legal compliance with national and international regulations.

A successful candidate will have:

1. Great organisational skills, including time management.
2. Strong communication skills in English and either French or Italian.
3. High proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel.
4. Experience in operations, preferably with a transportation and logistics background.
