Qualifications

  • Great computer skills in Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to work in an environment with some exposure to odors and chemicals.
  • Hazardous shipping knowledge is preferred.
  • Must be proactive, efficient, and organized.
  • Must have great math, reading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure detailed records and maintain up-to-date inventory.
  • Schedule transportation and assist with hazardous shipping paperwork.
  • Document and keep records accurately.
  • Track stock and inventory.
  • Process orders and contact customers as needed.
  • Assist with general administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring detailed records and maintaining up-to-date inventory of what’s available on-line
  • Transportation scheduling
  • Helps with hazardous shipping paperwork for orders
  • Documentation / record keeping
  • Update lot numbers
  • Time cards
  • Stock / inventory tracking
  • Order processing, including contacting customers when needed
  • Printing orders, labels, invoices
  • Assisting with general admin duties including answering phones, emails, paperwork, filing, etc.
  • Math, reading, and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Multi-tasker, detail-oriented, work with fixed timelines, good written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, accurate and organized
  • Supports and reports to the Operations Manager
  • Follows all GMP’s, safety procedures and protocols
  • Other duties as assigned
