Logistics Space Optimisation Analyst

Location: Egham, Lowfield Heath or Bedfont (travel between these sites is essential)

Pay: Competitive annual salary plus fantastic benefits

Contract: Full time, permanent

Working pattern: 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm

We are seeking an analytical Logistics Space Optimisation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders across our Warehouses. This role is crucial in ensuring maximum efficiency and improving overall operational performance.

Your Responsibilities will be:

  1. Managing all quarterly planning changes across logistics to a high standard
  2. Collaborating with the Head Office Space Planning teams and Logistics Management teams
  3. Ensuring clear communication of the Logistics Space Plans for continued accuracy
  4. Implementing system changes and conducting regular reviews
  5. Influencing and collaborating with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Space Planning teams

What do you need:

  • High proficiency in Excel and SAP is desirable
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of Warehouse, Commercial, and Merchandising functions
  • Experience with Manhattan systems would be advantageous; training can be provided during induction
