Martin Brower UK & Ireland invites a Scheduling Modeller to join our fast-paced logistics team in Heywood. You will build transport planning models, analyse data, and support operational planning to improve efficiency.

You will work with Paragon, SQL, Excel, and VBA to turn data into actionable insights, collaborate across departments, and help shape a smarter, resilient supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience with transport planning and scheduling, and Paragon or similar.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, Power Query, VBA.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and adaptable in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain transport planning and scheduling models to support operational planning.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and practical recommendations.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility across Scheduling.
• Collaborate with multiple departments on planning projects and service improvements.
• Utilise SQL, VBA, Excel and other systems to streamline processes.
• Produce insights that inform capacity requirements and performance.
• Maintain scheduling data, training materials, and best practice processes.
