Job summary

Rec 2 Rec Search is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant for its Driving & Logistics desk in Normanton. You’ll own a busy driver desk, build strong client relationships and drive new business in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers £28,000–£35,000 basic with uncapped commission and incentives, plus a supportive team culture and clear progression within a well-established regional brand. You’ll also be involved in candidate interviews, licence checks and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience with a track record in sales & business development or logistics recruitment.
• Confident managing a busy 360 desk.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work at pace while maintaining high standards.
• Proactive, resilient and team-focused approach.
• Experience in driving/industrial or logistics recruitment is ideal, but strong recruiters from other sectors will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own desk of daily drivers.
• Build relationships with existing PSL clients.
• Generate new business and grow your client base.
• Visit customer sites to strengthen partnerships.
• Advertise, source and attract high-quality drivers.
• Conduct interviews and licence checks.
• Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
• Handle all recruitment administration.
