About the Position

Position title : Recruitment Consultant

This is an entry-level position for graduates or those with no prior recruitment experience.

You'll be working in a 360 Recruitment role , with focus on the US market.

  • Candidate Sourcing: headhunting for Executives and specialists within your market, taking screening calls with candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes organising interviews & providing feedback from them, in addition to supporting both candidate and client through offer negotiation.
  • Business Development: utilising methods and tools to attract new clients and business, developing current clients and building out market presence.

Recruitment isn't a typical 9-5 and you can expect to work the occasional hours outside the scheduled hours - the more you put in the greater the reward.
