This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in chemicals, supporting warehouse and manufacturing activities in Leigh, UK. The position involves operational support, safety prioritization, and collaboration across multiple functions. The package includes a salary of £25,000 - £28,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and label goods for dispatch, maintaining FIFO
• Provide cover in warehouse and manufacturing as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of logistics areas
• Participate in decanting operations
• Package and dispatch product samples and keep records
• Assist with stock takes

Training Provided:

• Product recognition and dispatch procedures
• Forklift truck operation (reach and counterbalance)
• Basic MS Excel and enterprise software training
• COSHH, dangerous goods handling, ISO 9001 procedures
• Sample preparation and dispatch

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing or chemical handling preferred
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• FLT license desirable but not essential
