I'm looking for a collaborative, curious, and commercially minded Logistics Category Manager to join a Global Sourcing & Procurement team.This role is your opportunity to make a real impact, shaping strategic sourcing across supply chain, logistics, and beyond. What you'll be doing:
Driving and executing international and national sourcing strategies across key spend categoriesLeading commercial supplier relationships with a strong focus on cost, quality, and risk trade-offsSupporting logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, inventory, and 3PL contract logisticsAdvising on software and tech integration to improve supply chain visibility and efficiencyPartnering with cross-functional teams across Europe and globally to deliver scalable sourcing solutionsDriving innovation, continuous improvement, and value creation through smart vendor partnerships
What you'll bring:
Experience in strategic category management across logistics or supply chain categoriesA track record of leading multi-country sourcing and contract negotiationsStrong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsKnowledge of sourcing tools like Oracle, SAP, Ariba, or similar platformsAn ability to spot trends, manage risks, and identify innovative sourcing opportunitiesConfidence in leading virtual, multicultural project teams and fostering collaborative successA practical understanding of concepts like total cost of ownership, cost modelling, and offshoringThis isn't just about procurement - it's about being part of a global team that champions smart, sustainable, and strategic thinking.
